Why she might be annoying:

She was a he.
She caused a scandal for Eddie Murphy when he picked her up.
Eddie placed 200 dollars on her thigh and then told the press he was just being a nice guy and helping someone out.
She went on the roof of her apartment building for some fresh air and accidentally got locked out of her apartment.
She had a bedsheet tied to the roof’s railing so she could swing back through the window of her apartment, since it had happened before.
She slipped from the bedsheet and fell five stories to her death.

Why she might not be annoying:

After the Murphy incident, she became a popular nightclub act with celebrity fans like Demi Moore and Charlie Sheen.
She never drank or smoked.
