    Born in Uganda
Found living with green vervet monkeys (1991)

Why he might be annoying:

It is unclear how long he might have lived with monkeys.
When he was captured in the jungle, he had fleas in his matted hair and was infested with four-foot long tapeworms.
He initially only communicated by screaming and biting.

Why he might not be annoying:

He fled to the jungle after witnessing his father murdering his mother.
When left with a group of monkeys in a nature preserve, he approached them from the side with open palms while avoiding eye contact in classic simian fashion, which convinced several primate experts that he really had spent significant time living among monkeys.
Unlike many feral children, he learned to speak and adjusted to human society.
He was captain of Uganda’s soccer team at the Special Olympics (2003).
