    Third baseman for the Chicago Orphans (1899-1900), Cleveland Blues/Bronchos/Naps (1901-10), Brooklyn Tip-Tops (1914) and the Kansas City Packers (1915)
    Manager for the Cleveland Naps (1905) and the Brooklyn Tip-Tops (1914)

Why he might be annoying:

    He shares his name with a basketball player turned senator.
    He was the 1903 AL leader for committing errors as a third baseman with 37.
    He broke his arm and had typhoid fever which led him to have less playing time in the 1906 season.
    His productivity went into decline after he recovered from typhoid fever and his arm injury.
    He contributed a losing managing career of 97-98.

    He played, managed and scouted for his hometown team.
    He smacked a home run four games in a row and was the first player to do so.
    He was first player to come from the Naps to hit for the cycle (September 24, 1903).
