The Resume

    (October 7, 1969-September 11, 2001)
    Born in Kerala, India
    Physician
Last seen on a department store security camera on September 10, 2001
A New York State appeals court ruled that she had died during 9/11 (January 31, 2008)
Officially became the 2,751st victim of the World Trade Center collapse

Why she might be annoying:

During the spring of 2001, she was fired from Cabrini Medical Center for tardiness and alcohol-related issues.
She got a new job at St. Vincent's Medical Center, but was suspended for missing a meeting with a substance abuse counselor.
According to a New York police investigation, her brother caught her having sex with his then-girlfriend.
The day before her disappearance, she was arraigned on misdemeanor charges of filing a false report with police.
Based on evidence of her marital, job, alcohol and legal problems, a Surrogate's Court refused to declare her a 9/11 victim, ruling she could have intentionally disappeared (2006).

Why she might not be annoying:

Her husband claimed she was fired from Cabrini because she was a whistleblower who complained about sexual and racial discrimination.
Her brother said the story of him catching her with his girlfriend was a fabrication and that he never even talked to the detective who wrote the report.
It seemed unlikely that she was planning to run off since she left behind her passport, her driver's license and her glasses.
In an online chat with her mother the day she disappeared, she said she planned to check out the Windows of the World restaurant and possibly shop at the mall in the World Trade Center.
Her family noted that other people were added to the 9/11 victims list despite their remains not being identified and despite equally speculative links to the attack.
The Appeals Court concluded, 'the evidence shows it to be highly probable that she died that morning and at that site, whereas only the rankest speculation leads to any other conclusion.'
