    Produced the James Bond films from ‘Dr. No’ (1962) to ‘License to Kill’ (1989)
    Also produced ‘Call Me Bwana’ (1963) and ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ (1968)

Why he might be annoying:

    He was nicknamed ‘Cubby.’
    He worked as a casket maker before entering films.
    According to the book ‘The Fixers,’ he and gangster Pat DeCicco beat Stooge creator Ted Healy to death.
    He and Sean Connery fought a bitter court battle over the profits from the Bond films (1984).
    He hired his daughter Barbara and stepson Michael as executive producers on the Bond films.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He joined the US Navy after Pearl Harbor.
    He worked his way up from gofer to producer.
    He funded a center for aortic diseases at Johns Hopkins University.
    He said, ‘I feel a responsibility toward all the Bond fans out there.’
