He hosted a slapstick kiddie show where he was hit in the face with a pie over 25,000 times.
As a joke, he told kids to go into their parents wallets/purses and send him the green papers (money). Kids did and he got into trouble.
He told a joke that got him fired:
'I went to the baseball game with my girlfriend. I kissed her between the strikes. She kissed me between the balls.'

He once hit Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin in the face with pies.
He treated his child viewers as adults by spilling inside secrets and letting them break through the 'fourth wall.'
