Why he might be annoying:

He was arrested for allegedly taking nude photos of a nine year old girl and trespassing after a Jones Beach, NY concert (August 2003).
The girl's father is a member of Hell's Angel.
Fans claimed that he was giving anybody that wanted a ride on his Segway (Scooter).
He could use a hair cut.
His nickname is the 'Cactus.'

Why he might not be annoying:

His band offered fans that attended their show in Maine the ability to make free Phish CDs from previous concerts (August 2003).
He is also a film maker.
The young girl told police that he didn't do anything bad to her and her father is on drugs.
