He is tall, bald and, um, unattractive.
He has acted in many schlock horror and sci-fi films.
He is usually cast as maniacs, monsters or mutants.
He acted in a TV movie called 'Kenny Rogers as The Gambler, Part III: The Legend Continues' (perhaps his most horrifying film).

Why he might not be annoying:

He suffers from a rare birth defect called hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia.
The condition keeps him from growing hair, teeth or fingernails.
Although he has no sweat glands (another symptom of his condition), he filmed for many weeks in the desert for 'The Hills Have Eyes.'
Rather than feeling sorry for himself, he embraced his defect and became a true horror star.
He was a florist before becoming a performer.
He loves animals, saying they're 'more accepting' than people.
He does a lot of volunteer work with disfigured children.
