Why she might be annoying:

She was the third person voted out of the game, but because of the Outcast twist, she was voted back in along with Burton.
It's kind of weird that a 52 year old woman would be a Boy Scoutmaster.
She never shut up about the values being a Scoutmaster taught her.
She always had a sourpuss look on her face.
She cried numerous times throughout the game for next to no reason.
She lost her tribe's last fishing hook because she didn't tie the knot securely, despite that being one of her supposed Scoutmaster skills.
Other players thought she was just plain nuts.
She is about as feminine as Paula Poundstone.

Why she might not be annoying:

She might not have gotten the kind of respect she deserved from the other players.
Jon and Burton thought they could use her to vote Sandra and Darrah out, then vote her out, but instead she got Burton ousted.
She didn't let other players push her around.
Sandra said Lill wasn't bad physically for someone her age.
In 1974, she fell off a riding mower and it sliced into her foot. She had emergency surgery and had to learn to walk again.
Several years later she developed a mysterious liver ailment and dropped down to 80 pounds.
