His nickname was 'Little Napoleon.'
He was suspended by Major League Baseball many times.
He held the all-time record for the most career ejections (131) until he was passed by Bobby Cox (2007).
He was accused for being responsible for the cancellation of the 1904 World Series by not wanting to challenge against the Boston Pilgrims.
