Why she might be annoying:

She says she was a band geek in high school and 'I have the pictures to prove it.'
She was frequently mistaken for Mad Men's Jessica Pare.
Despite appearing in pink in most of the T-Mobile ads, she says that she almost never wears it in her private life.
The T-Mobile ads were said to have given her 'a bit of a cult following among tech geeks and creepy guys alike.'

Why she might not be annoying:

The Los Angeles Times described her look as Anne Hathaway meets Kim Basinger.
She was initially going to be used in only two or three commercials, but proved so popular she made over a dozen.
She was described by Business Insider as 'one of the most recognizable brand spokespeople.'
She said, 'I give really good foot massages.'
