Why ION (TV Network) might be annoying:

It was the reincarnation of the PAX Network.
Same network ('dull' and 'boring'), different name.
It continued to show its lackluster original programming until 2006.
Since then, they have been very dependent on airing television reruns.
The voiceover for the ION TV idents seems a little creepy.
They show the inane children's programming block 'qubo.'

Why ION (TV Network) might not be annoying:

They stopped showing the 'The Worship Network' on most of its stations.
It is the only place to view reruns of ' Wonder Years' (since the series has yet to be released on DVD as of 2008).
For awhile, they showed NFL Network's 'Game of the Week.'
