Why he might be annoying:

He smoked.
He was a heavy drinker.
He shot Jews from the balcony of his house with a sniper rifle for target practice.
He led the liquidation of the Krakow Ghetto killing 2,000 Jews and depriving 10,000 of their freedom.
He sent 8,000 inmates to Auschwitz for extermination.
He showed no remorse for his crimes at his trial and was sentenced to death by hanging.
The last thing he did before he died was he saluted Adolf Hitler.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was diabetic.
His corruption allowed Oskar Schindler to take 1,100 Jews to safety.
He did not commit suicide unlike many Nazi war criminals.
He is dead.
