Lyn died on November 10, 2010 in Chicago at age 88

Why they might be annoying:

They have different birthdays because of the whole just before midnight/just after midnight thing.
Their first gig was singing choir hymns on a local radion station at age 16, followed two years later as singers on a Mississippi riverboat.
They went uncredited on the screen until 1944's 'Andy Hardy's Blonde Trouble,' where they went by the movie names Lee & Lyn Walker (big stretch).
Neither had a stellar movie career, though Lyn's lasted four years longer.
Long after their prime, they reunited to record an album entitled 'Back Together Once Again' in New York in 1989.

Why they might not be annoying:

They sang for both Ray Noble and His Orchestra in Chicagoand then later with Bob Crosby and His Orchestra, where they got their film break.
The 1945 film 'Twice Blessed,' predecessor to 'The Parent Trap,' was written specifically for them.
Keeping it in the family, the sisters married brothers, so even in marriage they had the same surname.
Lee and her husband moved to Palm Desert, California, where she earned a B.A. in Foreign Languages from the University of California, Irvine, and was made a member of the Delta Nu Chapter of The National Collegiate Foreign Language Honor Society Alpha Mu Gamma for excelling in French and Latin studies.
In 1961, Lee earned a pilots license.
Lyn moved with her husband to Indiana where she worked as a model in Chicago and South Bend before starting a family.
Lyn ended up having two children, Carter and Lee Ann (named after Lee), four grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, three step-children, seven step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grand-children (her grandchildren calling her 'Grandma the Great').
Lyn was twice widowed - once in 1970 and again in 1996.
The sisters last appeared together at the annual reunion of the 'Jivin' Jacks and Jills' at Universal Studios in 1991, where a columnist wrote that the twins 'stole the show.'
