When he's not playing hockey, he's golfing.
He did modeling for Sports Illustrated.
He entered the league at 180 lbs. The first thing the Tampa Bay Lighting organization told him to do was to gain 20 lbs, which he did.
He didn't win the Calder Memorial Trophy (the NHL's Rookie of the Year award) even though he was heavily favored to do so.

He started skating at the age of two.
He is extremely fast for someone that is 6'4.
He signed the most lucrative contract for a rookie in NHL history.
He and Martin St. Louis made for one of the most exciting one-two combo's in the NHL.
