He has been watching 'Wheel of Fortune' since he was a preschooler.
He said, 'The first letters that I learned how to say are R, S, T, L, N, E.' (The six gimmes in the 'Wheel' Grand Prize round.)
Two months passed between the show's taping and its airing, leaving him in suspense.
Why he might not be annoying
He guessed the correct 'Thing' as 'New Baby Buggy' in three seconds.
He's a math and nursing student at San FranciscoState University.
After the episode aired, his grand prize guess went viral.
His prize solve left the audience super excited and Pat Sajak and Vanna White stunned; Pat even gave him a pat-down as he was celebrating his too-lucky guess.
He met Jason Bateman and Emma Watson, who were both also appearing on the same ' Ellen' episode.
Ellen DeGeneres gifted him with a large screen television and a new baby buggy.
He won a total of $63,000 in cash and prizes.
Pat tweeted on the evening the episode aired 'Tonight's Wheel of Fortune features the most amazing solve in my 30+ years on the show. No kidding.'
His family (including his grandfather, father, mom and brother) rushed to hug him after the incredibly lucky puzzle solve.
