Why they might be annoying
The rector of the orphanage, Rev. J.A.L. Singh, kept changing the story of how the girls were found.
The doctor at the orphanage said Kamala had none of the physical anomalies claimed by Singh, such as long, sharp teeth and eyes that glowed in the dark like a cat's.
Singh called Kamala 'a pathetic little subnormal, but clearly not idiotic, human being.'
Pictures of the girls exhibiting wolf-like behavior (walking on all fours, eating raw meat) were staged with two other girls in 1937, after Amala and Kamala's deaths.
Why they might not be annoying
If they were part of a hoax, they were unwitting participants.
Singh allegedly beat Kamala to get her to display her wolf-like behavior for visitors.
They both died young from kidney disease.
