Why she might be annoying:

She was even less feminine than fellow castaways Twila Tanner, Lillian Morris, and Susan Hawk.
She was part of the doomed 'Rotu-4' alliance.
After the split of the Rotu-4 alliance, she tried to endear herself to the new power alliance by making necklaces.
When ex-alliance member Tammy asked Zoe what she thought of her, she became quite vocal.

Why she might not be annoying:

She is the only woman in Monhegan Island's fishing fleet.
She was the only member of the Rotu-4 who was not overly bitter in the jury box.
She speaks her mind.
