Due to current lack of interest in midget wrestling, his legacy isn't very well known.
Although a talented grappler, he was mostly used for comedic and novelty purposes.
He occasionally wrestled drunk.
He won the NWA Midget Championship, a short-lived title.

Why he might not be annoying:

Standing 3'5 and weighing only 85 pounds, he served in World War II as an aircraft mechanic.
He is regarded as the all-time greatest midget wrestler.
When wrestling emerged on TV in the late 50's, he was one of the biggest drawing names in the business.
He wrestled matches in front of Queen Elizabeth and King Farouk of Egypt.
He's in the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame.
