He always seems to be on the verge of stardom, yet never quite attains it.
For some reason, his Comedy Central special was directed by Rob Zombie.

The name of his sitcom and radio show is kind of clever.
He is a frequent guest on all the popular late night talk shows.
He is underrated.
He gave humorous marriage advice as host of 'The Marriage Ref.'
He has shown talent as a character actor.
