    Named as a possible justice for the U.S. Supreme Court

Why he might be annoying:

    He called Roe v. Wade ‘the worst abomination of Constitutional law in our history.’
    He believes it is constitutional to imprison gays for consensual adult sex.
    He wants to prevent gays and lesbians from adopting children, but has made no issue of people with a history of drug abuse or domestic violence from adopting children.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He prosecuted Roy Moore and removed him from office for violating a federal order to remove the Ten Commandments statue from a courthouse.
    He does not hold back his strong opinions.
