Many fans have been severely let down by the group's latest works, branding them 'sell-outs' and 'Korn clones.'
They also drew heavy criticism for touring with Slipknot.
Like many bands of their genre, they've been plagued by lineup changes since day one.
Vocalist Anders Fridén looks like a serial killer.

They are one of the pioneering and most influential bands of the 'melodic death' sub genre.
Their lyrics do not focus on the stereotypical violent/satanic death metal subject matter.
Bands they have performed with include Dream Theater, Dimmu Borgir, and Metallica.
They replaced Linkin Park at Hultsfred, Sweden's biggest festival.
They played at Ozzfest 2005.
