Why she might be annoying:

She doesn't like her ideas rejected. When she came up with a few ideas for the pedicab task, none lit a fire under the group. When Amy Henry suggested selling advertising which led their team to slaughter the opposition, she was unimpressed. She was more interested in having her ideas used than the success of the team.
She was angered at Bill Rancic when he attempted to sell ads for the pedicab using her as an example of the beautiful girls who would be driving. When she confronted Bill Rancic, he reminded her she had no trouble using her sex appeal in earlier tasks.
Due to loyalty, Ereka Vetrini once took Bill Rancic and Nick Warnock into the boardroom elimination round instead of her. It cost Ereka Vetrini her chance to win.
She became unglued when as project manager (team leader), she negotiated with with Troy McClain who headed the opposition to chose a property to sell. They agreed to write down which one they wanted and exchange papers. When Troy McClain wrote 'I want exactly what you want,' she accused him of shotty business practices. She labelled him 'the most dishonest person.'
Although a real estate agent, she let her teammate Bill Rancic negotiate the rent.
In a boardroom elimination, Katrina Campins complained of Troy McClain's trickery. Her teammates, with the exception of Tammy Lee agreed that Troy McClain acted unethical.
She confronted Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth to be more of a team player. Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth turned the discussion into an argument leaving Katrina Campins on the verge of tears.
The New York Post reported weeks before the outcome, she revealed Kwame Jackson had won, however when the choice was made Bill Ranic won.

In a smart move, she used her cash allotment to hire professional contractors to renovate the apartment and allow her team to concentrate on its sale.

She faced Amy Henry in the elimination boardroom, and was let go just because Amy Henry was more popular.
