    Played for the Milwaukee Brewers (1974-1993)
    Inducted in the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999

Why he might be annoying:

    In 1978, he threatened to retire and become a professional golfer because he felt the Brewers were underpaying him.
    He sported an afro in the 1970s.
    After his last game in 1993, he drove a motorcycle around the field of Milwaukee County Stadium.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He spent his entire career as a Brewer.
    He became the first Brewer to make the Baseball Hall of Fame.
    No one had more hits in the 1980s than him.
    As of 2005, he held almost every Brewers hitting record.
    A shoulder problem caused him to move to the outfield in 1985.
    He became the Brewers' starting shortstop at the age of 18.
    He was so respected and admired by his teammates that when Paul Molitor went to Toronto, he wore the number 19 as a tribute.
