Online votes were permitted only in the Eastern and Central time zones.
Its already tiny ratings (by network standards) got smaller as the night wore on.
CBS wasted no time in replacing it with new programming.

Danny Bonaduce won’t have to worry about making an even bigger idiot out of himself.
Cindy Margolis won’t get to perform any magic tricks.
It was an opportunity for celebrities on any list to give performances not normally equated with them.
Many cable stations would kill for the numbers it received (4.6 million viewers).
