Why Tyra Banks Show might be annoying:

It is a shameless rip-off of the Oprah Winfrey Show.
It is loaded with false sincerity.
In keeping with the model theme, the show has a runway as a part of the stage.
Models should not talk, let alone have talk shows.
It relies heavily on cheesy gimmicks. Tyra Banks dressed as a fatty to 'expose weight discrimination.'
She also proved her breasts were real by getting a sonogram on the show.
Tyra helped co-write the theme song, insuring that it would be awful.
Tyra speaks in lame jive talk and tells inane stories about her life.

Why Tyra Banks Show might not be annoying:

What it lacks in Oprah Winfrey sincerity, it makes up for with great tits.
Tyra has everyday common women strut their stuff on the runway.
On the show, Tyra made up with Naomi Campbell after a decade-long feud.
