The Resume

Why Survivor 33: Millennials vs. Gen X might be annoying:

It focused a lot on the stereotypes of younger and older generations.
The only other time they divided tribes purely by age, it proved to be a critical flop.
Because of that, Jeff said that he never wanted to do that kind of age division ever again; yet here they are…
They had to put up with Taylor stealing and stashing away food for himself.
They all had to be evacuated from their campsites on Day Two, due to a cyclone.
Seven of the first eight eliminated were all women.
It featured an advantage which gave the player possessing it the power to steal a reward from another player.
A secret Legacy Advantage was hyped during the season, but it turned out to be just an immunity idol in paper form.
During its airing, courts found ex-Survivor player Michael Skupin guilty of possessing child pornography.
They allowed Will to participate even though he was still attending high school at the time.

Why Survivor 33: Millennials vs. Gen X might not be annoying:

According to Jeff, the players played the game at such a high level this season.
It marked the first time in Survivor history that three tribes merged directly into one.
David pulled a Bob Crowley, by planting a fake immunity idol for someone to find.
Jay found it and tried to play it, only to be shocked when it was revealed to be counterfeit (he was voted out in that same Tribal Council).
Jeff considered Bret coming out to Zeke to be the best moment of the season.
The terms ‘trustcluster’ (created by Hannah) and ‘Survivor résumé’ (coined by Will) were popularized this season.
During the reunion, Jeff publicly announced that Michaela would be one of the players returning the following season as part of the next All-Star competition.
Unlike the Nicaragua season, the older tribe was represented in the Final Three this time.
