Why she might be annoying:

She is almost always seen wearing her trademark plaited hairstyle.
She was nicknamed ‘the gas princess’ because she kept reselling large amounts of stolen gas to avoid paying taxes.
She has a tendency to duck questions in interviews.
A Ukrainian court sentenced her to 7 years in prison for abuse of office, with the abuse being a brokered gas deal with Russia (October 11, 2011).

Why she might not be annoying:

She is the first female prime minister of the Ukraine.
Forbes magazine twice named her the ‘most powerful woman in the world.’
She is considered hotter than most women world leaders such as Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir and Angela Merkel.
