Why All That might be annoying:

When the show relaunched in 2002, it became much more slapsticky and in your face.
It is obvious Jamie Lynn Spears was cast thanks to her sister.
It was unclear for a while if the show had been cancelled until it was officially announced in 2006.
A reunion special was criticized for giving to much attention to the new cast, rather than the original members.
It spawned Amanda Byne's less popular sketch series 'The Amanda Show.'
Tom Green made an appearance on the show.
The musical guests were usually flavor of the month pop stars.
During the show's relaunching, they also added a segment called 'On Air Dares,' where cast members were dared into doing something humiliating.
The show was criticized for the fact that the new cast was younger than the original, as it seemed the network was aiming for a younger audience.
It truly was a younger version of 'SNL' when a movie version of the Kenan Thompson-Kel Mitchell skit 'Good Burger' was released.
    There was no 2000-2001 season.
Most of the cast members drifted off into obscurity.
They started having guest hosts, which fans hated.

Why All That might not be annoying:

Kenan Thompson went on to be a cast member on 'SNL.'
The show helped to find up and coming young talent.
In its peak, it was one of 'Nickelodeon's' most popular shows.
It was quite risque in its early years.
