TV Game Show Contestant

The Resume

    Resides in Long Beach, California
Appeared as a Contestant on The Price is Right (Oct. 8, 2014)
Incorrectly guessed the price of $7000 for an $880 hammock
Widely identified as one of the worst bidders in 'Price is Right' history

Why he might be annoying:

He shares a name with a baby daddy on MTV's 'Teen Mom.'
He accidentally kicked his girlfriend in the face while clicking his heels for the preliminary taping photo (which incidentally got him selected as a contestant).
How in the heck do you make a logical leap from $750, $755, and $1200 to $7,000?
It was theorized that he didn't fully grasp the concept of the show based on his giddiness in giving his answer.
Some guessed he might have meant to say $700 but misspoke out of excitement, but his saying it repeatedly pretty much kills that theory.
He had allegedly never seen a hammock before the episode's taping.
He claimed to have mistakenly thought that the hammock came with Bluetooth, Siri, and a DVD player on the side...
His answer was so outlandish that it rendered Drew Carey, the other contestants, and even the audience temporarily speechless (after which there came an indignant row from the crowd).

Why he might not be annoying:

Manuela Arbelaez have we got a guy for you...
His girlfriend forgave him for accidentally kicking her to get on the show.
He only went to the Price is Right taping to cheer himself up after losing his job.
Admittedly, he probably would have gotten looks if he'd guessed the actual price of 880 (way overpriced - that thing couldn't have been worth more than 300).
He was lampooned mercilessly on social media, with racists trolling him as 'a monkey,' 'a fudge-packer,' 'an Obama voter,' and comparing him to Lightin' from The Amos 'n Andy Show.
He was given a second chance to redeem himself on The Ellen Show, guessing correctly this time, and winning himself - you guessed it - $7,000 worth in prizes (Dec. 2014).
