Why he might be annoying:

He roamed the ghetto sniping people he saw looking at him through windows.
He raped women he caught in the street.
He beat men and children he caught in the street.
Little information is known about his life, this includes how he got involved with the SS and how he died.
There is only one known photograph of him (taken in May of 1943), the picture is one of the most famous of any from the holocaust.
Some historians believe the photograph is a farce.
His name is often misspelled as 'Joseph.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He was found guilty in East Germany and sentenced to death (1969).
In the picture Josef Blosche is the soldier holding the gun.
