He is very pale.
He can't wrestle all that well.
He built his whole career around making fun of Goldberg's antics and moves.
He won the WWE Light Heavyweight title with a lot of help from outside interferences.
Many fans feel that the Light Heavyweight title's importance was gone once Gillberg won it.
He was brought to WWE for one week and was used as a tool to make a match between Goldberg and The Rock (2003).

Why he might not be annoying:

His entrance consists of two cheap firecrackers at the door to look like Goldberg's entrance, which consists of flashing lights.
His facial expressions look similar to Goldberg's.
Even Goldberg fans find him entertaining.
He is well-liked by many people who dislike Goldberg.
