The Resume

    (circa 1964- )
    Born in United States
    Native of Chicago, Illinois
    Resides in Southlake, Texas
President and CEO of 7-Eleven, Inc.
Appeared in the CBS reality series 'Undercover Boss'
    Appeared on 'Oprah'

Why he might be annoying:

He is called 'The Sultan of the Slurpee.'
Another title he has is 'The King of Convenience.'
On 'Undercover Boss' he worked in the actual 7-Eleven stores masquerading as an out of work real estate professional named Danny.
While working under Phil's supervision at the 7-Eleven's bakery/production plant in Baltimore, he could not place the ready-to-bake pastries on a moving line quickly enough.
He left behind a luxurious lifestyle for one week while disguised as an entry-level worker at his corporation's stores.
In one funny scene, he was observed slacking off by a Medford, New York employee named Waquas who then commented that he wasn't working very hard.

Why he might not be annoying:

He had all of the people he worked directly with transported to 7-Eleven's Dallas headquarters to reveal his true identity and his real corporate position.
He started an organ donor awareness program after discovering that one dedicated employee, Dolores, who worked for a New York 7-Eleven for over 18 years, undergoes dialysis twice a week.
He also discovered that Dolores is the reason the New York location sells 2100 coffees per day (because she knows the customers by name and is a mother/grandmother figure to many of them).
He rewarded another hardworking employee Kazakhstan immigrant named Igor a vacation getaway for him and his wife plus his own franchise.
He offered Waquas (who worked at a store through the night while working for a bachelor's degree) mentorship to advance into the 7-Eleven corporation.
He was so impressed by Phil's drawings, he gave Phil a side position in the creative division in 7-Eleven's marketing/advertising department.
At a celebration corporate meeting announcing changes resulting from his undercover work, videos of his goofs during his stints played making the attendees chuckle.
