Why he might be annoying
He followed Andy Reid from Philadelphia to Kansas City before landing the Bears head coaching job.
His receding hairline makes him look older then he actually is.
He bungled a chance to win a playoff game, when he opted for a long range field goal instead of a pass play (2018).
Many Bears fans were skeptical of him as a result of the lackluster performances by his predecessors Marc Trestman and John Fox.
He was an arena league quarterback who never played a game in the NFL.
Why he might not be annoying
He worked as a real estate agent, prior to pursuing a career in football.
He was considered one of the best young coaching minds by football pundits.
He was credited for the emergence of Mitchell Trubisky as an offensive whiz in the latter's second season.
He guided the Bears to the NFC North division title in his first season at the helm (2018).
He earned the NFL Coach of the Year honors in his first season as a head coach.
