Why he might be annoying:

One of his legal cases was representing Miss New York against the Miss America pageant after she was disqualified for stuffing her bra.
He was fired from the Daily Beast for plagiarizing material in the articles he wrote for them (2010).
He was also found to have plagiarized passages in ‘Why America Slept,’ ‘Secrets of the Kingdom,’ and ‘Miami Babylon.’
One of the reporters whose work was plagiarized, Craig Malisow of the Houston Press, commented, ‘All Posner needed to do… was take two seconds to type the name of the publication he got his information from. It's a slap in the face to any reporter who works for a living.’
He tried to edit his Wikipedia page to downplay his plagiarism.

Why he might not be annoying:

The Chicago Tribune called him ‘a merciless pitbull of an investigator.’
    He pisses off conspiracy theorists.
He quipped about Oliver Stone, ‘The only thing he gets right in ‘JFK’ is the date on which Kennedy is killed.’
