Why he might be annoying:

His nickname is 'Little Hercules.'
His physique gives his peers an inferiority complex at a fragile time in their lives.
He launched his own line of supplements.
He has been accused of being on steroids.
He is home-schooled.
When his father was asked to take a polygraph test about doping his son, he refused but told them to run a polygraph on Richard.
There is a strong belief that he is on a human growth hormone, because it is undetectable in steroid tests.

Why he might not be annoying:

He has passed every drug test.
His father Pavel was extremely abusive, mentally and physically to his family.
He was only permitted to eat healthy foods, consisting only of a liquid nutrient diet, vegetables, and numerous supplements.
When his father broke his mother's nose, he called the police to come but instructed them not to turn the sirens on so Pavel wouldn't escape.
He was not allowed to own any toys, to socialize with other children his own age, and had no friends his age until his father was incarcerated.
He has inspired many people to lose weight and get in shape.
At 7, he could bench press 210 pounds, 3 times his weight.
He enjoys playing guitar.
