Hockey Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He was part of one of the 1980's most lopsided trades as he was traded to the Flyers for washed-up forward Darryl Sittler.
He was on the losing team in the Stanley Cup Finals three times (1985, 1987, 1994).
He sat out the majority of the strike shortened 1994-95 season as a result of a contract dispute.
He never played a full season during his career.
He was released by the Sharks midway through the 1999-2000 season, marking his 'unofficial' retirement from hockey.

Why he might not be annoying:

He scored 94 points in 46 games with his hometown Medicine Hat Tigers (1982-83).
He established himself as a two-way forward following his trade to the Flyers.
He was one of the few players who flourished under Mike Keenan.
When his scoring touch evaporated, he became primarily used as a defensive forward.
He was involved with various charities during his playing career.
