Head Coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1996-2001) and Indianapolis Colts (2002- )

Why he might be annoying:

He is a Jesus Freak.
Mike Vanderjagt considered he and Peyton Manning to be too soft during playoff games.
One year after being fired from Tampa Bay, the Buccaneers won the Super Bowl.
He is considered only one dimensional (defense).
His Colts got beat bad 41-0 in the wildcard round of the 2002 Playoffs.
His son James committed suicide at eighteen (December 22, 2005).

Why he might not be annoying:

He took Tampa Bay from being a mediocre team to a serious playoff contender.
He is the most successful of the black coaches in the NFL.
He is Tampa Bay's most successful coach in terms of wins.
He put together one of the most feared defenses in all of football including Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks, Simeon Rice, and Ronde Barber.
Jon Gruden respects the work Tony Dungy has done.
On his 47th birthday, his Colts came back from a 21 point deficit to beat Tampa at home.
He doesn't bark at his players.
