Why he might be annoying:

While in the WWF, he was given a storyline in which he tried to win Lita's affections.
He was never a main-event wrestler.
He didn't gain much fame in the WWF, unlike his friends Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero, whom he moved from WCW to WWF with.
He tried out to become a WWF color commentator, but didn't get the job.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is the son of wrestling legend, the late Boris Malenko.
He has come up with some of the most famous moves in wrestling today, such as Chris Benoit's 'Crippler Crossface' and the Dudley Boyz' '3D.'
After a match in 2001, he told the crowd that he was retiring from wrestling, and received a standing ovation.
After retiring, he still worked with the WWF behind the cameras, mostly as a trainer.
His feud with Eddie Guerrero is considered one of the greatest feuds of the 90s.
He is close friends with Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero.
