Why he might be annoying
His tenures as head coach have lasted no longer then four seasons.
He failed to lead the Flames to a playoff appearance in his four years with the team.
After leading the Blackhawks to their first playoff appearance in four seasons, the team's point production decreased dramatically the next two seasons.
He coached problem child Theoren Fleury on two occasions.
Many younger players don't embrace his no-nonsense coaching style.
Why he might not be annoying
He is a coach who demands hard work and accountability from his players.
He is the only one of his siblings to spend their career on one team.
His number 11 was retired by the Blues shortly after his retirement.
He helped the Blackhawks record their first winning season and earn a playoff berth in his first season as head coach.
He was the first member of his family to make it to the NHL.
