Why he might be annoying:

The NBA suspended him for five games and he was fined $25,000 for trying to punch Danny Ferry of the San Antonio Spurs.
In his wild attempt at hitting Ferry, he headbutted his coach, Jeff Van Gundy, sending Van Gundy to the hospital for stitches.
(All of this happened after their celebration of Martin Luther King Day.)
He did 16 hours of community service for driving under the influence of marijuana.

Why he might not be annoying:

He apologized and admitted that he was completely wrong for his outburst with Danny Ferry.
He scored a career high 37 points against Atlanta Hawks (3/23/97).
He taught Math and English to public school students (he aspired to be a school principal).
He helps kids in Hartford, CT (his hometown) by establishing the Cambyland Foundation.
