Two time NFL Coach of the Year (1980, 1999)

Why he might be annoying:

He retired shortly after the Rams Superbowl victory and came out of retirement a year later.
He frequently cries at his press conferences.
He cries after every loss his team suffers.
He has had mediocre teams during his coaching tenure.
He was hired by the Rams 16 years after his last head coaching job with the Eagles.
He was once considered the poster boy for burnout after the Eagles defeat in the Superbowl.

Why he might not be annoying:

He proved he wasn't a burnout after taking the Rams from the basement to one of the NFL's elite teams in three seasons.
He recommended Mike Martz take the head coaching reigns which saved the Rams from an extensive coaching search.
He led the Chiefs to one of the AFC's second best record in two seasons after taking over.
He was the NFL's Coach of the Year in 1999 after taking the Rams from 4-12 in 1998 to 13-3, an NFC West title, NFC Championship and the Superbowl title.
He gave Kurt Warner a chance which led to him being a superstar.
