Why he might be annoying:

His nickname is ‘Stinky.'
He turned down a scholarship to the University of Hawaii to play at Idaho.
He played on an offensive line in Denver that was often accused of illegal cut blocks that are often career ending.
When he played for the Broncos, the offensive line refused to talk to the media. Now he's an analyst for ESPN.

Why he might not be annoying:

He went from being a 10th round pick in 1989 to the Pro Bowl in 1991.
He was a starter on the 1991 Redskins line that gave up only 9 sacks all year with immobile Mark Rypien at quarterback. It is considered by many experts to be one of the best offensive lines ever.
He is one of the toughest linemen ever, undergoing over 25 surgeries.
He helped pave the way for 5 different running backs to run for over 1,000 yards.
He overcame dyslexia to work as an analyst.
He reads to children in classrooms.
He was a key player on 3 Super Bowl winning teams.
