Why he might be annoying:

    He used to abuse drugs and alcohol.
    He arrived on the Seattle Seahawks just after previously made their first Conference Championship game appearance.
    He was largely overshadowed by Steve Largent.
    He was let go by the Seahawks due to a failed physical exam which foiled his trade to the Cleveland Browns as the team tried to get a draft pick in the 1988 NFL Draft.
    He was also rejected to be part of a roster for the San Francisco 49ers before he retired from his playing career.

    He was part of a passing offense as it was retooled by Chuck Knox as a rookie.
    He was the first Seahawks wide receiver to lead the NFL in receiving touchdowns.
    He guided the Seahawks to the playoffs in his first season and his last season with the team (1984 and 1987).
    He was given the nickname 'The Touchdown Maker' due to his 36% touchdown-receptions ratio with 30 touchdowns.
    He left the Seahawks as the team's record holder for career highest yard average per-catch with 18.53, season receiving touchdowns and most receiving touchdowns by a rookie.
