She accomplished 'American Idol' fame without having to line up for days to audition or endure hours of rehearsing.

Why she might not be annoying:

She received hugs from the 'American Idol' finalists and a gift of earrings from Paula Abdul.
Her few seconds of television airtime stretched out into a full 15 Minutes of Fame.
Her incidental appearance on 'American Idol' led to a media blitz, being profiled on Access Hollywood, Today Show, People Magazine and Inside Edition.
She and her mother originally set out to attend a taping of 'Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?' but 'American Idol' producers spotted them and gave them tickets to a taping of their show.
She got parodied on ‘The Tonight Show’ and 'Saturday Night Live .'
