General manager for the BC Lions (1990-92), Toronto Argonauts (1994-95) and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2008-12)

He served as a backup for his entire playing career.
He oversaw some of the worst teams in Argonauts history when he returned for his second stint with the team.
He went 66-111 as a general manager.
He was forced out of his front office roles in Hamilton, when Kent Austin was hired by the team.
He looks like Joe Pesci.

He was a standout athlete in football, basketball and track at the University of Montana.
He guided the Argonauts to three Grey Cup appearances in the 1980's.
He left the Argonauts as the franchise leader in victories.
He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame (2015).
In addition to his work in the CFL, he served as the head coach of the men's basketball teams at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University during the 1970's.
