Why he might be annoying:

As a child, he had long girlish hair and prissy mannerisms.
Perhaps to compensate for this, he now has many tattoos and runs a motorcycle 'chopper shop.'
He has a 'wedding ring' tattooed on his ring finger.
He says he likes simple movies, and is bored by dramas.
In 'Troll,' he played a character named 'Harry Potter.'

Why he might not be annoying:

His career fizzled while he was still young.
He is modest and friendly to his fans.
He is embarrassed when people ask if they can buy his autograph.
For some reason, the Internet is full of rumors about him being gay, a junkie, doing jail time, attempting suicide, etc., but none of them have been confirmed.
He is an accomplished dancer and martial artist.
Both 'Battlestar Galactica' and 'The NeverEnding Story' have (surprisingly) large cult followings.
