Why he might be annoying:

He once made some disparaging remarks towards Kirk Hammett of Metallica, saying he was the 'most overrated guitar player to ever grace the cover of a guitar magazine.' Since then, the relationship between Metallica and Slayer hasn't been the best.
He is supposedly a member of the Church of Satan.
He breeds show dogs and snakes.
In Slayer's early days, he wrote some of Slayer's lyrics; as a result, they often contained Satanic overtones.
He is very outspoken.
His arms and head are covered in tattoos.
He wore a shirt that said 'Smoke Crack and Worship Satan.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He is a huge hockey and football fan.
He is a Star Wars fan.
He once helped out Megadeth with guitar work, and he got so into it, he nearly stayed in Megadeth.
He is considered one of the best guitarists in speed/thrash metal.
He has his own signature model of B.C. Rich guitars.
