    Premise: Investors are needed to complete the building of a new casino.
    It was close to being universally panned by all TV critics.
    The New York Times' Alessandra Stanley wrote 'Viva Laughlin on CBS may well be the worst new show of the season, but is it the worst show in the history of television?'
    Alan Sepinwall of the Newark Star-Ledger warned 'Stay far, far away from this show.'
    It was such a huge ratings disaster that it only lasted 2 episodes.
    Although eight episodes were filmed CBS refused to show the remaining six.
    In Australia, it lasted half as long, canceled after a single episode.
    CBS was so embarrassed by the poor ratings that they abandoned the Viva Laughlin website hours after canceling the series.
    CBS was forced to order another cycle of the Amazing Race to replace that time slot in November 2007.
    Newsday asked 'Let us count the ways it bombs.'
    Like a Broadway musical, the actors would break into song for no apparent reason.
    USA Today's Robert Bianco joked 'If Elvis isn't already dead, Viva Laughlin just might kill him.'
    The name was a tribute to Elvis Presley and Ann-Margret movie 'Viva Las Vegas.'
    The best review came for Linda Stasi of the New York Post writing 'While the plot makes no sense, it is bizarrely creative.'
    Hollywood Reporter's Barry Garron saw it as 'refreshing and entertaining.'
    It made ABC's 'Caveman,' not be the disaster of 2007!
