Why he might be annoying:

He is typecast as prissy, snobbish characters.
He is often thought to be English (because of his fussy diction), but he's actually from Peoria.
He didn't learn to drive until he was in his forties.
His weight balloons up and down.
He looks a bit like a fat Donald Pleasence.
He's been in many Woody Allen films, but most of them were lousy.
He contributed voices to the Disney travesties 'Pocahontas' and 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He filled the shoes of Larry Linville as 'M*A*S*H's' lovable villain.
He loves classical music, and guest-conducts several orchestras in his free time.
He likes children's entertainment, and says it's a shame that 'Pee-Wee's Playhouse' was canceled because of Paul Reubens' private problems.
He thinks it's sad how Hollywood shuffles older people out of the business (well, he would think that, wouldn't he?).
